I’ve designed and offer these group mindfulness workshops for individuals who are stressed out, multi-tasking to the max, and generally not enjoying life. These simple practices will help you discover the sweet peace and endless joy that’s available to you in the present moment.
Discovering The Present You Session
We live in an age of accessibility. You can reach most anyone (especially teens) any time of day by text, email, instant message, or phone. Multi-tasking is a way of life. We love to find the next new diet so we can starve ourselves of what we crave most. We get sick to death of driving our kids around town, and often find ourselves annoyed, distracted, and stressed. We set goals and then spend time worrying how to get the next raise, the bigger house, the better car, a more fulfilling relationship, and so on.
Life truly doesn’t have to be so hard and happiness should not be quite so rare.
Discover the sweet peace and endless joy available in the present moment.
This session will introduce the practice of living in the present moment. We will dig into the wisdom of authors like Eckharte Tolle, Deepak Chopra, Pam Grout, Esther (Abraham) Hicks, Danielle LaPorte, Marianne Williamson, and more.
Losing a few pounds can really make a person feel good. I get it. And it certainly could help you stay healthier longer. Slowing down a bit, deeply connecting with a friend, reveling in an amazing sunset, feeling immense gratitude for your warm bed, easing up on the constant chatter in your head will literally CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
